Eckley Miners'
Village 2008 For
the first time in a long, long time, we had BEAUTIFUL weather! The temperature was
perfect. We had a great civilian turn out as you can see in the images below.
There were too many tents to get into one image. Thanks to everyone who came and
enjoyed the weekend! 145th Gettysburg July 3 - 6, 2008 These photos,
unfortunately, have the wrong date stamp on them. Please forgive the camera! The
145th Gettysburg event was a great one! The weather, as you can see in some of these
shots, left a little to be desired. We had a wonderful time visiting and attending
the battles as well as a little shopping. Pennypacker Mills
Civil War Reunion May 31 - June 1,
2008 We
had a wonderful time at Pennypacker Mills. We attended Mrs. Pennypacker's Birthday
party (our scenario for the Saturday evening lantern tours), Mrs. Conroy and her daughter,
Brittany worked on braided rugs, we attended period exercise classes with our neighbors
from the UPL and much more! Just click on a thumbnail above to view the photos. The Group at
